Our recent renovation project centered on a complete transformation of the kitchen, family room, powder room, and entryway, aimed at optimizing space, functionality, and aesthetics throughout the home. Notable structural changes, including wall removal and the elevation of the sunken family room floor, were implemented to enhance the overall flow between these interconnected spaces.

The kitchen underwent a significant reorientation, focusing on maximizing space for dining and socializing. A bespoke concrete top was crafted for the island, and porcelain slab and tile were chosen for added interest as well as ease of maintenance. Open shelves impart an illusion of spaciousness, visually expanding the room.

In the powder room, an emphasis on visual texture was achieved through elegant wallpaper, elevating the space. A simple yet striking console sink, complemented by an offset pendant light, forms an intriguing focal point within the compact area.

The family room also received an overhaul, marked by the removal of the bulky fireplace and angled TV cabinet. In their place, a sleek linear fireplace was installed, flanked by built-in units on either side. A floating hearth serves as an anchoring centerpiece, composing the entire wall in a harmonious arrangement. The incorporation of walnut accents in the family room seamlessly ties the space into the overarching design motif from the kitchen. By redefining spatial boundaries and carefully selecting materials, our transformation breathes new life into the home, offering both practicality and aesthetic appeal.
